Sandy Bridge架构 第二代酷睿同架构的cpu，IO孱弱，因为流量限制，没有测试iperf3。
流媒体解锁优秀，解锁日本区奈飞，Disney+。之前看别人测试中解锁Niconico，Abema等本土流媒体，站长手里这个不解锁。
性能差，流量限制，站长实在想不到使用场景。且和Azure 100一样吧，14天抛机。
